Tyler Rouse is a former New York State football standout, Division I team captain, and NFL strength coach whose career spans elite performance at every level of the game.
In 2013, he was named New York State Gatorade Player of the Year after finishing as the 3rd all-time leading rusher in New York State history. He went on to play at Boston College, where he served as team captain and one of the nation’s most dynamic return specialists, finishing 2nd nationally in punt return yards during the 2016–17 season.
Following his playing career, Tyler transitioned into high-level performance coaching, spending seven years as a Division I strength coach before moving to the NFL as a Strength Coach with the Tennessee Titans.
From record-setting high school athlete to Division I leader and NFL coach, Tyler has built his career around helping football players perform and succeed at the highest level.
